Eaves & Entry Upgrade – Replacing Mouldy Timber with Modern Slatted Feature Ceiling
For this project in Cooroy, we were engaged to replace deteriorated and mould-affected timber panelling in the outdoor eaves and entrance area of the home. The original ceiling had suffered from long-term exposure to the elements, leading to unsightly mould, warping, and water damage—particularly around the entryway where first impressions matter most.
Our solution was to remove the old, decaying sheets and install a fresh new ceiling using contemporary timber slatting. The slatted design not only enhances airflow and resists future moisture build-up, but also creates a modern, architectural feature that instantly lifts the appearance of the home’s exterior.
