From the foundations right up to the ridge cap, I’m involved in every part of the job. I’m a licensed Carpenter and Joiner with a Low Rise Builder’s licence, and I’m not just managing from a distance—you’ll find me on the tools, on site, and working alongside my team every single day.

Understanding council requirements can be complex — but we’re here to make it simple. For like-for-like replacements that don’t increase the deck’s footprint, council approval generally isn’t required. However, for new structures or changes to the deck’s size, approvals must be in place before building work begins.
